Busch Stadium - St. Louis, Missouri
On a day when the temperature at game time was 46 degrees and it was windy and wet, only a weatherman would brave the elements for a footograph! It was tornado-chase Alan Shoemaker who snapped this footo at one of the first games of the 2008 baseball season.

Metropolitan Stadium - Minneapolis, Minnesota
At one time, this home plate was surrounded by dirt, grass, grandstands and the sounds of cracking bats and cheering fans. Now, home plate from old Metropolitan Stadium is in the middle of the Mall of America in Minneapolis. Dave and Jason Smith managed to turn a shopping trip into a step back in baseball-time for this footograph.

Minute Maid Park, Houston, Texas
At the home of the Houston Astros, footographer Rick Ramirez relaxes with a cold beer and a bag of peanuts in a luxury suite down the right field line of Minute Maid Park. Life is good!
Brothers Tim, Steve and Dave Smith traveled together with Steve's son, Brandon, to St. Louis to watch the Cardinals take on the Houston Astros. Being a Texan, Tim is a Houston Astros fan. However, since Cardinal thirdbaseman Scott Rolen provided his box seat tickets, Tim cheered the loudest as Scott hit a double and a home run! Special thanks to Steve for asking his buddy Scott for the tickets. This footograph was taken while Steve and Tim toured Busch Stadium before the game. If you look carefully, about ten rows behind home plate, you might be able to see Dave and Brandon. They're the ones with the 48 ounce glasses of beer (yes, it was Budweiser).
